At Public House we put a big effort to use only the best ingredients in the process of creating our menu.
To be true to this concept we combine our popular and delicate 4 course Public Menu from fresh ingredients, which thereby is seasonal decided. Courses can vary from day to day and therefore it is not possible to specify special orders. However the main course is always our famous Beef Wellington marinated with mushrooms and Madeira sauce, which is a well known classic in the English kitchen.
